Each piece at Shika Creations is handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow 10-12 working days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be prepared and dispatched. We believe good things take time.

We ship across India via The Professional Couriers. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and a courier link will be sent to your registered email address.

Returns & refunds

Please note: slight color and texture variations are natural in handmade terracotta products and are not considered defects.
International shipping
We ship internationally via DHL or UPS. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout or upon enquiry. Estimated delivery time (after dispatch) is 3-7 working days.
Please note: customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges levied by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Shika Creations is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
