Return Window

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions

Return is eligible for broken products during transit only

- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All accessories (if any) should be returned

- After inspection, you can choose a refund or exchange
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged

  • Slight variations are natural in handmade products and are not considered defects
